Party Delivery Policy

Delivery rates are based on $110 per hour estimated drive time for both delivery and pickup and priced by zip code.

Rates start at $110 round trip for areas in or close to Edmonds, when an all-day window to deliver the day before your event, and an all-day window the day after your event is available.

Smaller delivery windows are available with an additional rate of $100 and go up based on window size, order size, labor involved, and how full the schedule is.

After-hours pickup or before-hours delivery is available for an additional charge: starting at $175 per delivery person and going up based on timing and location. The number of delivery persons is determined based on the order size.

Orders need to be large enough to qualify for delivery. The total of a contract’s rental items must be at least as much as the delivery rate to qualify for delivery.

Delivery schedules will not be made until the morning of delivery to optimize timing, so we cannot provide a delivery time prior to your reservation date if you selected an all-day window for the least expensive rate.

Equipment Delivery Policy

Orders placed earliest get first choice for delivery timing.

Rental time starts when an item is delivered and stops when the customer calls to tell us they are finished (leaving a message after hours is acceptable). Items may be picked up right away, or in a day or two depending on driver availability. Deliveries always take priority over pickups.

No auto pickup available. Customers must call for pickup.
